OC3's terms of use for services rendered
Each issue that the residential client has is guaranteed for 1 month and will qualify for 1 return visit from our tech's if the exact same problem comes back within the initial 30 days. Refunds and free return visits are only good per original issue that the client has within the first month, if proof of tampering is evident than refund is null and void. Each issue is based on a customer ticket number, and each ticket number will coincide with each issue that the client has been billed for per invoice number. Each residential issue that the client has will cost $50.00 per hour with a minimum 3 hour charge with each visit. 

Company contract service support billing amount is done through contract between OC3 and responsible payment party and is not held to the same billing amount as residential.

All commercial clients without select package deal contracts will be charged $150.00 per hour 8am-430pm and double the rate from 430pm-8am . On weekends all commercial clients without select package deal contracts will be charged double rate pricing. minimum charge of 1 hour for all non-contract clients.

All residential and company support does not include hardware or software replacement costs, upgrades and/or new hardware or software procurements.

15% off for first year clients that choose package deal.
